The villa has a large front and rear outdoor space with double covered patios, a spacious open-plan living room, a kitchen area with oven, fridge, and dishwasher, a living area with a sofa bed and a relaxation sofa, two kitchen zones with full kitchens, two double bedrooms, a double private garden, two outdoor patios for dining in complete peace and tranquility between the sea and nature, a barbecue area, two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a glass shower cabin with a hydro-massage system and radio, and a bathtub with hydro-massage. There is also an outdoor shower for after the beach and private parking in the house in front.
Bicycles are available for free use at the villa.
The villa is about 900 meters from the enchanting beach of San Foca, where guests will be welcomed by fine white sand and Caribbean-like waters.
We can accommodate up to 7 people.
Balconies with views, spacious outdoor areas, the sea just a few steps away, and peace and tranquility reign supreme: everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation!!!
A security deposit is required, which will be returned at check-out. Pets are allowed on request.

Nice place but unloved and the poor customer care

Before we arrived we were expected to make contact and request sheets and towels and check-in time. We messaged the named person but did not receive a response. This left us somewhat concerned as we were travelling in the days beforehand. Another person did contact us a couple of days before we arrived, but seemed more concerned about us having the appropriate deposit money. The property was clean and tidy, but the picture on the website was misleading. The garden was completely overgrown so not somewhere to enjoy. The table-cloth in the picture was in shreds and there was a limited amount of crockery (if there had been more of us staying). Several of the bicycles had flat tyres and no means to fix them. The instructions were quite limited and it was only on day 2 that we discovered that the water heater was off and that we needed to switch it on. There were 5 bins for different sorts of recycling and a helpful chart for which days this would be collected - we were shocked on check-out to be told that we had to take it all with us! We will not be returning
