"Didn’t start off well but got accommodated. Booked an ocean view room. When arrived the building didn’t have a working elevator. Had 2 85+ parents. They made some calls and got into a different building. "

"There were way too few lounge chairs at the pool. My first 2 days, a group of people had put stuff on nearly half the chairs and reserved them for their friends/family were not even in the pool area. They remained empty nearly half the day. Guests should be allowed to monopolize all the lounge chairs if there aren’t enough to go around. I’d recommend replacing some of the tables and chairs by the pool with more loungers. Otherwise, great hotel and extremely accommodating staff. Fabulous drinks and food."

If I could have cancelled I would have gone elsewhere but was informed I could not. 2 night stay for $640 was outrageous for the condition of room. Bathroom needs renovated. TV was small. "
