"The staff here was incredible. They were very accommodating. I asked one night if they would look after my sunglasses while I went downtown and they obliged. Then I asked if I could move my checkout time by one hour and they didn’t hesitate to accommodate that request either. The hotel restaurant comp’d me a free desert for my birthday which was special."

"Check in and out was amazing and front desk staff was great! Pool waiters were hard to find at times, and walked past you quite a bit, but it was still nice to have them even if you had to flag them down to order. Food was top notch, and great entertainment. "

"Hands down my favorite resort in all of the Florida Keys. Awesome location, great staff, and the resort overall is breathtaking. Only a 25 minute drive to Key West which is a huge plus. Definitely worth every penny!"

"The check in is to late at 4pm and the check out to early at 10 am, basically you lost a whole day. It’s not fear for customers."
