"Our room was just OK - the carpet needed cleaning to freshen it up. I’m not a clean freak - however I felt like I needed to leave my slippers on to walk around the room and got bathroom. Also when you pay so much for a hotel room I would expect that a buffet breakfast and parking should be included. I think I will look for a different hotel when in the area again."

"Room was really cold. We eventually turned it to heat. There was rosd racing going on most of the night that was loud enough we had trouble sleeping. The service was ok except the employees were really hard to understand. Plug ins were difficult to get to which made it difficult to plug in a CPAP machine and to charge our devices. Would not suggest hotel to anyone. "

"I was very disappointed in this hotel. I paid over $750 US for a two night stay. Booked because it had an airport shuttle, but was told the shuttle was already full (the day before I needed it) so couldn’t book it to get to the airport. We were staying 2 days and wanted to use the pool and hot tub…pool cold and hot tub not even luke warm. There was a breakfast advertised, but it was restaurant prices. I had searched for a bedroom suite so there were separate sleeping and sitting areas with beds to accommodate 4 unrelated people. There were beds for 3 people. They would not provide appropriate bedding for the pullout for two people. The furniture was disgusting. Desk chair of “leather” vinyl was completely peeled on seat and back. The coffee/refrigerator bar was warped, stained and peeling laminate. The brand new white socks I put on were black on the bottom from walking on the dirty floors. The desk staff were rude and really didn’t seem to care about helping their guests. I think this was one of the worst hotels we have ever experienced, and I am a frequent traveller."
