Merrillville Hotel Guide - LGBT-Friendly Hotels in Merrillville, Indiana

"This is a newer property with very nice amenities."

"Staff was kind and helpful. The bed was very comfy and everything was clean."

"Great stay and price right"

"This is one of the best hotels I’ve been to in Merrillville. I used to stay in Merrillville when I’d come home to visit Gary. The quality of a lot of the other hotels in the area made me choose other areas like Portage or Hammond, but this hotel will definitely be a viable option if I choose not to commute further. Clean property, dope room. Very spacious. My only complaint is that the remote was not compatible with the television so I couldn’t use it."

"Overall was a good drop in location to get a last minute room."

"Meh~ very old and outdated Hampton."

"The hotel was very clean and friendly I would most definitely recommend."

"I liked the location."

"I have had better first day encounters"

"Great comfortable place"

"This place was priced great for a one night stay. No frills, but the staff was very thorough and the room was clean and comfortable"

"Staff extremely friendly Did not replace our coffee in our room or empty trash every day Loved the shower!"

"The lady that works"

"Convenient location and close to restaurants. Televisions didn’t work in any of our 3 rooms."

"The room was nice, new, and clean but the outside and the lobby could use some care. Also someone was playing really loud music outside of our room at 2 am."

"Great stay "

"Bed was ok, bedding looked very worn, bathroom toilet didnt flush, shower had mold, breakfast was a joke. Would not stay here again."

"Nice clean room"

"It’s a lot better and cleaner than I expected for a Motel 6. I’ve been going to different Motel sixes in the last couple months and they’re all in great shape."

"Not worth the price"
