"Was staying central for surprise visit to friends, hotel was clean, but needing good upgrade, overbath shower didn’t work, and found out on floor 3&4 there were homeless accommodation No double glazing and our room looked out onto street with pubs and clubs so heard every noise till the early hours Was told breakfast was till 9.30an at weekends, got t/call on Saturday at 9am to say breakfast was finishing, ended up saying no to breakfast as we were not ready they did offer a sandwich, not at...
