"Great location. Hotel lobby was stunning. We had a room on the 4th floor which was a really spacious room, sort of designer old fashion, but the downside was the noise of chairs dragging across the 5th floor restaurant and bar above. Ok, it was quiet between about midnight and 6am but was still a disturbance. That said when this was raised they offered a different room, so no real complaints. Staff overall were pleasant. Great location"

"I have to say, my experience at this villa was truly fantastic. The property is absolutely beautiful, tucked away in a quiet part of trendy Thao Dien. It feels authentic and full of charm, with a lovely, peaceful swimming pool. The breakfast was delightful—a wonderful mix of French and Vietnamese—and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or welcoming. Their genuine warmth and smiles made the stay even more special. I really loved staying here and would highly recommend it."

"Very nice hotel on a quiet street, walkable to lots of restaurants. Good room, very clean. Staff were very helpful. Water-side cocktails and breakfast were great and we took advantage of the courtesy water taxi to District 1. Great to have a dip in the pool after a day’s sightseeing though the smoke from the generator next door was a little off-putting."

"Property is dirty. Everything is outdated. We are 2 people staying for 6 nights but bathroom supplies were very poor with only 2 towels and one small roll of toilet paper, no extra trash bags. Got very slow response from host when asking for more towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Location is very far from central. Would not recommend this property to anyone. Not worth it for the money. "

"Very nice rooms and clean. Staff was responsive. Only thing that was misleading was that clients with stays that are less than 5 days don’t get access to the gym or the outdoor pools. This was not mentioned in the property listing."

"Too pricy for what you get. Comparing to five star name brand hotels in the heart district 1 So if you must stay in the Thao Dien area then sure as there are no other choice. "

"Property was not at all as advertised. Rooms look much different than listing and it is very misleading and dishonest. we would not have stayed here if it was depicted accurately. Listed to have dryer and washer - our unit did not have a dryer. Air conditioner was leaking. Sheets smelled musty and unclean. Did not enjoy the stay here and would not recommend, was misled with the photos and description. Do not recommend! "
