Clean, somewhat friendly. Buffet breakfast ok. Close to airport. Free shuttle. Cons: close to very busy road, so there is noise.

Camino Real Aeropuerto Mexico
The room was small, unwelcoming and cold. We had no assistance with bags, and indeed could not find our room and had to be shown the way by another guest. We had been travelling for over 20 hours and we were very tired. I would not stay here again.

Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec
The staff were very courteous and helpful. The view we had (half of the city and half of Chapultepec park) was great. The location is closed to many attractions.
