The hotel is under renovation and that is not a problem. Normally, the service has been very nice and the rooms remain the same as of a good size, very clean, and as good as it was 10 years ago. When in my room, i realizes that the safety box was broken and the refrigerator was not working. Next morning, I went to the front desk to let them know about the issues. in the evening. the safety box was replaced. However the fridge was not. Went back to the front desk to inform about it and they said "we will check". A few minutes later, I realized that they didn;t ask for the room number and this being my third day and on my way out to the next destination there is still no fridge. Perhaps, with the remodeling, they should take the opportunity to retrain their management. It is a good hotel!!!

I like the customer service, the fact that shuttle is provided to and from airport what I feel it lacks is it surrounding it has really nothing. :)

The fact that you can just walk from the airport to the property makes it extremely valuable. Easy to access and perfect for early morning check-in for a flight. The breakfast was delicious with a chef to cook your eggs if you so desired. For an overnight stay, this is the place I would recommend.

The hotel is an oasis in the chaos of Benito Juarez International Airport, friendly staff, easy and efficient check-in, especially after a long day of travel. The only recommendation would be that it needs a better signing in the airport, not the hotel's fault I know, and as soon as you are near the hotel property you can clearly see it.

It is in the airport! Very convinient for early check in! The neighborhood around is not the best, but when yoy have an early flight is very convinient!

En in Mexico City twice and have stayed at courtyard love the 1-2 minute walk access it has straight to the airport also feel a safe place to stay in
