"Me fui a trabajar temprano, volví a las 5pm y no habían limpiado. Tuve que llamar para que lo hicieran. Pagando un cuarto con club camino real el desayuno fue lo peor, no era bufete, no había huevos al gusto, eran de los que le ponen leche. El desayuno fue pésimo a pesar que estaba pagando más"

"Way too busy for only 2 people at front desk. Too many flight cancellations overcrowded the lobby and check in process. However, if I had already done my pre-check in, I don't think I should have waited 1 hr in line due to the vouchers other passengers received for their flight delay. Other than that, this place is worth it."

"The location was excellent — easy to get around and close to everything we wanted to see. The room and the property itself were genuinely nice and well-appointed. That said, two things kept this from being a five-star stay. First, the room never got cold enough; the cooling just could not keep up the way we wanted. Second, daily cleaning was not included in the rate we paid, and nothing was restocked automatically. We had to specifically request new towels, and anything we used up in the room had to be asked for rather than replenished on a daily basis. The space and the location were great, but those two issues — the cooling and the lack of included housekeeping and restocking — brought what could have been a five-star experience down to four."

"Excellent stay in Mexico City! The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout the entire stay. The rooms were spotless, the service was outstanding, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. I truly enjoyed my visit and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Mexico City. Highly recommend! Excelente estancia en la Ciudad de México. El hotel estuvo hermoso, limpio, cómodo y en una ubicación excelente. Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda mi estancia. Las habitaciones impecables, el servicio excelente y la experiencia superó mis expectativas. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí en mi próximo viaje a la Ciudad de México. ¡Muy recomendado!"
