"Hotel was very nice. Rooms are very spacious and beautiful. Friend and I rented one room with double beds. The only negative side, the bathroom light is motion sensored, it would turn off after ten seconds, you’d have to do movement for it to turn back on, quite annoying. Unless there was a button, we couldn’t find one. Location was good, we walked to our venue for a concert. Would stay here again!"

"Amazing hotel! The staff was very attentive and friendly. Sandra was amazing with the housekeeping and Rodrigo was very helpful. In general this hotel is very highly recommended. Very clean, great location (close to many restaurants and shops). We will be rebooking this hotel in the future."

"I found the receptionist at the Business Club to be somewhat unapproachable. When I approached her for assistance, her tone came across as unfriendly and not particularly welcoming. At times, it felt as though my requests for help were an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to assist a guest. Given that the Business Club is a guest-facing area, I would expect a warmer, more approachable, and service-oriented attitude. A friendlier tone and greater willingness to assist would make the experience considerably more positive."

"Loved the clean room, laundry on time both times I needed it. Restaurant excellent service, one t HT ing felt wasn’t even good was the person assigned to clean our room she was late 3 days out of 5 we had to actually call reception because our room was undone for all day."
