the pictures do not do the unit justice. It's a spacious 2 bedroom apt with space for 5-6 comfortably. Centrally located in downtown Miami, with direct access to the metro mover. The balcony space was great and big enough for all of us to be comfortably spread out. The only issue we had was with both towel racks in bathrooms falling out of the walls, which didn't necessarily affect us, and is an easy fix, but i'm sure could be an inconvenience for some. Would love to return.

Serg was friendly and checked in with me upon my arrival. Upon first glance, this appears to be the perfect property: nicely decorated, beautiful view, and great location. Quickly, things fall apart: the sheets were soiled and had hair on them, the tubs and showers were both dirty, the drawers where the dishes were had dirt in the bottom, there was molded bread in the cabinets, and there was no tissue. We brought our own linen and towels because this is how we travel when renting and not staying in a hotel. We had to use our own linen on the beds. When I made the host aware of this issue, he told me that the apartment had been cleaned and the stains were bleach stains. He brought tissue by and apologized. Outside of the cleanliness, the property was great.
