I really enjoyed my stay. The view made me never want to leave my room. Was just a little concerned about the shared room. Other than that, the location was great and convenient. I will consider staying again.

Min 10-15 minute wait for the elevators, the staff are very nice had many issues with my room And the property manger was horrible always passed the buck I suggest Never renting from them the walls are paper thin and had security have to come 3 out of 6 nights at 1am due to tie noise and all she can say is how sorry she was she and the other tentant reunited our vacation

Very nice location with so many options around. Friendly staff to answer and support customers as needed . Having chairs umbrellas available at the beach is a plust. Missing facilities for laundry within the hotel. ( available about 0.6 miles)

Excellent location

Very well situated near the Hallandale Beach, restaurants and shopping. Service was courteous and pool was awesome. On the downside, the room was humid (you could smell it), not really well isolated for noise (we could hear really well our neighbours), and elevators are crazy slow. Nice place if location is your first criteria, but no luxury in the rooms

The area was great, parking was good if you get the vip, kinda expensive but worth it for not waiting. Elevator was the worst part, but wouldn’t say it hindered our stay that much. Staying for 9 days and not having anyone clean the room unless you want to pay extra was hard, but overall a good place to sleep.

Location is beautiful! Price not bad for hotel. Convenient to restaurants around and Walmart almost across the street. Price for valet parking was ridiculous, the fact you had to pay $30 a day for being allowed to park in the area and an additional $30 a day for the valet on top of that! No maids to give you fresh towels. Only 2 towels given even though you had 4ppl staying in a room and was registered for all 4ppl. They ran out of the bracelets for you to get access to the pool and other amenities, so wasn’t able to use them when we checked in that day. Beds are too small if adults are staying there.

Ok but not great

This was really an airbnb type situation and would not have booked this through hotels.com had I known. Employees were nice enough and restaurant on site was nice. Room was dirty and even though owner said they would send someone to clean, they never did. They asked me to complain to the front desk the next day and the front desk agents said that was really up to the private owners. Overall I would not recommend.

The unit was nice and clean, ONLY MAJOR issue, no hot water to shower with. When i told front desk, they said for me to let expedia know, so i used 2 giant bowls filled with hot sink water to bathe with......There is no free parking, you have to pay vallet $30 a day. The vending machines on the 10th floor were empty...that sucked at 3AM when I needed water. Could have been better but for a quick getaway, it was okay.

Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms, just in the lobby. There are 2 small elevators to service the entire hotel which is an absurd miscalculation. The floors in our room were sticky when we checked in. There is a washer and dryer, but no laundry detergent. It's a nice spacious apartment in a nice location but the maintenance is laughable and overall experience was not at all as expected.

Just be aware its not a hotel. Its like people personal property that they rent out. You have resort fees and mandatory valet parking. So that an additional $28 a night in resort fees and $28 a night in valet fees. You have to walk around with a wristband on the whole time you stay there. "Can i come in do you have a wristband lol" Elevators brake often so try walking up and down 11 flights of stairs. Valet parking but you basically parking your car yourself then waiting forever to get it back even when you sent the text in advance. Overall the room was really nice the view was nice. Just know you wont receive hotel or actual resort services. No room cleaning no towel changes and you have to make sure all your trash is taken out or you will be fined.

This was my second stay at this resort. The first experience was good enough for me to return. This trip, however, was lacking greatly. So much so, I won’t return. The floor of the room was gritty, the sink faucet broken. The WiFi didn’t work until I called the desk and they gave me a different connection and password than what I was told. Felt sketchy. The TV didn’t work either until they got a company to come out (the day before I left) and fix it. But it still didn’t work until I did my own trouble shooting and rebooted the box myself. I’m not picky but if I’m going to pay high resort fees, these are small things that make you question what you’re paying for.

Arrived 15 minutes early and was told the room "wasn't ready" but would be ready at check-in time. 15 minutes later it was miraculously ready. Even the desk clerk seemed to know this was just some kind of game. Signs in the room said there was a possible $150 fine for flushing toilet paper down the toilet and instruct you to put your used TP in the trash. Gross, and if the plumbing is that fragile, it's time for an upgrade. Arrival just didn't feel very welcoming in general although the staff was excellent.There's not a lot of nightlife within walking distance but there are many nice restaurants. It's only a short walk to the beach and they have shuttles running as well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

The staff were rude. The dining options do not exist. It was closed every day. The pool was overcrowded. They charge a resort fee, but there is nothing resort about this property. The only good thing is it is within walking distance to the beach.

The walls are paper, thin you hear every single thing from your neighbours Lineup to check in of more than 50 guest with only one working person They do not pick up the phone when there is a security issue. You have to call numerous times. I’ll keep hanging up on you. Horrible experience.
