No internet service throughout the hotel, the hotel is outdated, it’s an apartment hotel they expect you to leave the room the way you checked in, like clean up. Wash cloths were thin and cheap we only had 2, the balcony glass was not cleaned old water left on the glass. The iron was not hot, the ironing board didn’t have a cushion pad..remote controls hard to use to change the channels.. We’ll never stay here only good thing is that it’s centrally located.. staff was nice

We didn’t expect it to be that good. Everything was 10/10, friendless of the staff. Amenities, Safety, cleanliness, convenience ( swimming pool and the beach). Location close to restaurants and grocery stores. Easy access to the expressway and the airport. Was a very good experience. We highly recommended to everyone planning to visit Miami.

They are charging me for an early check in, I checked in at 4 pm, I've called more than 10 times and they don't solve my problem, only one employee was polite, the others at reception were always in a bad mood, only three beach towels if you If you want more, you have to call Churchill's number, the air conditioning and Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working at this hotel, never again.

We stayed for 3 nights at Monte Carlo and couldn’t be any happier. Everything was exceptional, location and view, the service and the property is clean and well taken care of. The beach is also 2 min walk. Will be coming back for sure.

There were a few positives about our stay but unfortunately they were far outweighed by all the negatives. Positives: Spacious apartment, comfortable bed, provided snacks and toiletries. Lots of soft towels. Right on the beach with easy access and chairs & umbrellas. Communal and pool areas were nice. Negatives: Furnishings & fittings were tired and broken e.g. light switches not working, towel rail broken, dirty stained ironing board cover, broken lamps. Very noisy air conditioning that broke down once. We had cockroaches in our kitchen area and when we tried to communicate with customer services, the communication was very slow and we did not get updated for four days having to spend our holiday time chasing them up. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful but could only help so much as they don’t work for Churchill Suites who were only available by phone. Overall not good value for what we paid and we would not recommend staying here.

Great property. Backing right onto the beach walk path and beach. Everything that was needed was available and if something was missed the service provided. ( brought us a baking sheet the next day as one seemed missing but we got a swift response and action.

The toilet did not work and when we called they told us to not flush toilet paper. Ummm. The tv didn't get any channels except one. It was moldy, dirty and old. Front desk was rude. Do not stay here!

We stayed at the Monte Carlo through Churchill suites and had an excellent experience. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I cannot emphasize enough how clean the room was, not a speck anywhere. The balcony had a partial ocean view which was great for an afternoon coffee. There are two pools, both heated, which was very nice considering it was the end of October. There is an easy access to the beach which was great too (not much seaweed this time of the year). We requested a late check out and had to reach out to Churchill for that which was also an easy process.

Beautiful ocean view. Had no hot water the first night. Nice to have washer & dryer. Bedroom ceiling had black mold all over it. Impossible to get ahold of front desk to get information.

The property is well located , the area is quiet, the beach is not crowded. The apartment was clean and the appliances worked well. The only complaint is that the closet door need an update , were not working well. Overall good place to stay, beautiful view from the balcony.

The property was great and quiet but the bed and bedding sheets was old and wore out needs new sheets the plug beside the bed on the left side looking at the bed is bad and needs replaced but we had a fantastic time very relaxing the staff was very nice and helpful

The condo was perfect! It was very clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. The amenities were great and there was easy access to the beach. The staff was professional and courtesy. I would definitely stay again for longer!

Great stay every time I’m in Miami this is my spot only thing is that it’s hard to get in touch with Churchill to accommodate some of my concerns far as no internet connection and to extending my stay. No one never contacted me until I made several calls and finally got assistance for my stay thanks to Ms Tiffany but never got internet resolved. If you can deal without that everything else is great concerning the unit. Nicely clean amazing view and friendly staff on site. Shout of to valet parking they were amazing.

We stayed at the Churchill Suite Monte Carlo during the 4th of July holiday with my family. When we arrived at our suite, the suite seemed perfect, however slowly we noticed that was not true. Our first night we had no internet service, since it was late I called in for services in the morning. Then, on our second night, after returning back from our dinner, our air conditioning went out. It was extremely hot in our room and again I had to call in customer service. They told me they would send someone over soon but never did. The next day I called again and they send someone. The maintenance guy arrive and unfortunately did not speak any English and just reset the air conditioning system and left. To make a long story short, we again encountered another Air condition failure on our last night which resulted in my husband having to call and speak with customer service at 2 in the morning again. It was so hot in our room that we ended up going downstairs and asking the valet guy for help. He told us we are not the only one complaining about the air that multiple guests in the past have done so as well. He said the company refuses to change the system and it's so old that it gives out. After we checked out I received a call from an agent in Monte Carlo telling me if I put in a good review, they will compensate me a $10 Amazon gift card. I explained to her our experience and she said she would speak with her "boss", whom I have not heard from.

It is my favorite place to stay at the beach. We celebrated a birthday with family of all ages and we loved the room, pools, beach, restaurants & Publix near by, taking walks and the sunrise from our balcony. Plus the valet and front desk service was extremely great.
