Casa Pinta is a Spanish-style 2-story house with a very cool backyard to chill out. Only 10 miles to South Beach. Comfortable, artsy, low-key, and fully equipped. Three bedrooms, plus a den, open- kitchen layout, 2 baths, and 1 half bath. Smart Fire TV in every room. Two free assigned parking spots. Great outdoor with 4-burner grill, bistro set, hammock, & more. High Speed WiFi. Safe location in the heart of Miami: Behind Coconut Grove metro-rail. We allow pets, but charge an additional fee.
Very safe, peaceful, and family-oriented area. Walking distance from Coconut Grove Metro-rail station. Lots of restaurants, shops, and Starbucks. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
Pets are very welcome. We charge a non-refundable $40- $150 pet fee, depending on the size and number of pets.
