When we called downstairs out our tv not workin due to power outage- the guy was rude. He was also rude when my husband was purchasing snacks. We can’t remember his name unfortunately, it wasn’t Jeffery- he was nice. Also the breakfast buffet was horrible! Not many choices, the food tasted bad and was dried out. I normally stay at Hilton owned hotels and it’s great , just stayed at Hampton inn suites Miami Brickell and the food/buffet choices were phenomenal! So I was very disappointed here.

Hotel was nice and rooms were clean, However was not quiet at all. People above us were so loud, it was actually unbelievable, the loudest I have ever heard in a hotel. This kept us up until about 4AM and then it started back up at 7AM. I called the front desk at 7AM that morning which was our checkout day, the guy stated that he was sorry and he would reach back out after he talked with the manager. I never heard back… Then During check out I was told that I look like a 5 year old by a women working the hotel desk so that was great. We were so rushed through the check out that I decided I would just call back in a couple hours to complain about my stay with the noise and nobody reaching back out to me. I was told that the manager Claudia stated that because I didn’t request a new room at 3am they will not be doing anything for me. There’s plenty of other good hotels in the area so I recommend those. Mall next door is nothing special and new fire station across the street will make it a noisy stay!

The hotel was located in walking distance to Dolphin Mall, which was great. The breakfast was quite enjoyable and the room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here.
