Hello Robert, we're very sorry that your stay with us may not have been as well as you'd hope. Please keep in mind that due to the structure of the building access to the upper floors is only possible via stairs and as such this is indicated on our page. Due to the location as well it's possible that there may be a lot of noise coming from the streets. Due to the inconvenience you had we did not deduct anything from your security deposit for the towels that were stained with ink during your stay.Sincerely
