1. This is a very nice, new and clean apartment for family trip, with great amenities including pool, gym, BBQ area and gaming room. We really loved this place. 2. But the front desk staff were not nice and friendly which is the only reason I did not want to give a 5 star rating.

This property has all the security conditions, you and your car are safe, only the reception staff are few explicit, they are answering the computer and the telephone, this brings confusion and ignorance regarding the rules established by the property, the apartment , it is perfectly equipped but its floors are extremely dirty, also the sofa bed is horrible, not at all comfortable, totally declined in the feet, it is in a very commercial area, everything is close and 10 minutes from Miami beach, in general it is a very good property

This is an air B&B… NOT a hotel!!! Very minimal amenities and zero flexibility. Hotel prices for below standard service. It was mid range at best. Disappointed. Did not find that the photos matched the actual setting. Would not stay again. The staff on site was nice, but the actual owners were difficult to gain access to and were unhelpful.

When booking on third party sites, we do provide pictures of many units but the pictures are never of that exact unit as we do have over 120 units that are all different. We do hope to host you in the future and provide you with a more positive experience.

Highly recommended! I chose this property because it had all of the amenities I needed for my family (full kitchen, separate bedroom, pool, gym, parking, pool table etc.). Once we arrived, I was extremely impressed with the property (security, cleanliness, facilities, modern design etc.) and the staff (especially Eva at the front desk) were all very helpful and friendly. The location is great for shopping (walkable) and close enough to the beaches (drivable) without being in the busy tourist areas. My teenagers were never bored and didn’t even use the Xbox they brought during our stay. I will definitely be coming back to stay here again the next time I’m in Miami! :)

Great place for couples. Comes with all your utensils to utilize the kitchen. There was a great view of the ocean and pool. Water pressure is not the best, but that’s the only complaint!!! Definitely will recommend this place.

Nice two bedroom apartment, lacking in facilitates, no tv's in either bedrooms which doesn't suit familes or large groups of people. No ovenproof dishes. Washing machine spin cycle needs to be fixed. Communal facilities nice.

A great place to stay, we were a large group and having the pool and gym was brilliant. The apartments are spacious and have everything you need. You ideally want to be on floor 6 or above for the views. There is nowhere to store luggage which is very frustrating especially for anyone doing International flights after you check out. The location is convenient for most places and walkable to supermarket and local restaurants. Slight frustration is Nomada isn’t who run the front desk which makes it difficult if you have issues with your apartment. They need a better system. Overall lovely stay just communication and luggage storage is needed and should be better with the price you pay.
