Furniture looks run down, carpets have holes, the kitchen faucet was broken, the supplied kitchen scissors were also broken. The place is not worth what they charge. The good part was the cleanliness.

Property is nice and safe although the front door was broken and didn’t lock. I suggest improving the cleaning in units. There was a bowl of food on the balcony when I checked in, I informed the cleaning staff luckily she was still in the hall. Also I wasn’t supplied with wash clothes only towels and when I messaged them about it I was told there were some in the lobby which it wasn’t.

Eveything was amazing. We would definitely book at Roami again. Cleanliness was top notch! We felt safe and appreciated the gated entrances. The only hiccup we encountered was parking in the top garage. It was very tight and those metal contraptions made it very hard to park, my husband even tripped on the metal trying to get passed his own car door because it was so tight..

The apartment wasn´t clean, dirty floors and windows, stains on bed sheets. The kitchen wasn´t equipped for 6 guests (We paid for these persons). Very bad customer service, they don´t respond!

The place is very well located and the building is clean and a nice place. However, the unit’s bathroom was not properly cleaned (there were hairs and a razor’s cap in the tube), and the floor was very slippery due to an excess of cleaning product. Also, a previous renter must have left their amazon account open on the tv and their personal pictures were showing when the tv went to idle state (better to check this during cleaning).

They claim 2 parking spots for everyone is not true. I counted 12 spots total for the entire building and no parking nearby. Not good.

Please note that we do provide one parking spot per guest and that the parking entrance is located at SW 17th St, on the right side of the building if you are facing the front entrance. The place it’s self was amazing. The parking is probably the worst I have dealt with. Very tight to get in to garage. The biggest and most important stress was lack of communication with check in. I was driving in from north florida and was going to be a late arrival. I was supposed to receive my check in instructions via email. Never received. I spoke to Expedia rep which tried to reach out to property many times. Unsuccessful. I tried to call many times. Unsuccessful. Emailed contact us form on the website out of desperation. And an hour later finally got a response. I was trying to drive and navigate this issue. I did not want to be stuck in Miami at 1am in the morning not being able to access my rental that I paid over $250 a night for. Again the place it’s self was amazing but the stress of no one available to reach was a problem. I finally got the Checkin computer generated email at 5am the day after I was supposed to check in.

Great place to stay if not over parking gate
Apartment was spacious and very accommodating, with 3 bedrooms. The parking garage was right below us, room 200, so every night we were woken up every time a car came in and out with the parking gate going up and down. Very noisy between 3a-4a. Great location. We would stay again if in another room.

Great For Pets
This location was great in terms of walking distance to shops and my gym. The doors are very thin. You can hear normal conversations from the hall. There was a crying baby for two nights, and I heard everything. Even people’s TV at normal volume. I was very shocked to come back to my unit, after a brief trip to the garage, to find that one of the “loud neighbors” was me! It was my TV, and I didn’t have it up there loud. It’s great for traveling with a Pet. But for rest and relaxation, find someplace else.

Poor customer service. Poor communication. No staff on site. Representatives over the phone do not care to assist you. I waited two days to get a call back from the “manager” and never did. Had to repeatedly call and be told I would be called back. Ended having to request a refund and look for a different hotel during my stay because they would not get rid of the odor in the unit nor change my room. I was promised a balcony and my unit didn’t have one. Neither did any window open to get rid of the smell. They advertise cable in the unit but there’s none, you can only use your own Netflix. It was a very stressful experience since I was having surgery during this stay and all my planning ahead of time was for nothing. Never again.

Ok place to stay but check in was a disaster
When we arrived we had no check in instructions. We had been given the run around for almost 2 hrs to receive them. My friends had reservations for me at the Versace restaurant and due to checking in behind time we missed our dinner. After we paid for this place I received a book of rules for the property which I believe should have been available prior to booking. I don’t like staying places where we have to tip toe and whisper. We not ratchet people but we are grown, not to mention all this happened on my birthday. Overall the place was clean and decent and I don’t know if I would stay again because of the check in issues.

Apartamento super confortável, bonito, com tudo que precisa para passar dias deliciosos em Miami para quem está de carro, caso contrário não vale a pena. Fica longe dos pontos turísticos de Miami e não vi um ônibus por perto. Nós estávamos de carro, então foi perfeito.
