"Stayed at the Empire Hotel last week for a week while I worked in Manhattan. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby had lovely jazzy vibes. I asked for a quiet room as I needed good sleep to work and they provided the perfect room. It is perfectly located beside the Lincoln Centre and the subway is a 2 minute walk. I will stay again for sure."

"Our housekeeper was amazing she cleaned our room every day for 7 days. We were able to check in early since he arrived around 10:30 am. Front desk staff was very helpful and understanding and got us a room by 11 am. The restroom needs remodeling as the floor smelled like urine and the shower look old."
"Unbeatable price for NYC. Staff was up cleaning loudly at 8am so that was a bit much and some of the artwork was inappropriate for young kids.
