"I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Your staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us enjoy our trip. We would personally like to thank first and foremost Erin (bartender), we enjoyed talking with you, your customer service and recommendations made our trip far more enjoyable. Reggie, thank you for your kindness and overall friendliness to us. And to Juanisha for going above and beyond to make our engagement even better than what it already was (I'm assuming Erin had something to do with that as well). Amber and Nolan were amazing in coaching us around the city and their overall attitudes on a daily basis completed this trip for us. Thank you all so much and we look forward to staying with you again in the future!"
