We stayed in an upgraded room which was fantastic except the shower pressure was diabolical. Breakfast was amazing, bed was really comfortable, staff were wonderful. We stayed in a non upgraded room a day before this stay and the shower was amazing but the room was really tired. Again the bed was super comfy and brekkie wonderful.

The room/bathroom was clean, comfortable & had all the amenities we needed for an overnight stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. No complaints and would happily stay again. Plenty of free on site parking is also a bonus.:)

Bluebell Lodge- Middlesbrough

Was clean, beds comfy & very good fry-up ..Think the hotel needs to purchase more sturdy juice dispensers at breakfast time as very flimsy. Dinner- both times requesting dessert was told none… either say at time if ordering or have a board saying.. also didn’t appreciate all tvs very loud when eating - surely there could be a seperate place for peace to eat dinner without tv?

Highly Recommended

Booked last minute and the staff were super helpful. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7am, but I had to hit the road early—so they made me two sausage and bacon sandwiches to take with me! Really great service. I’d definitely stay again.

Great hotel, I've stayed before and I commented that it needed a little bit of work, well, they are doing a lot of work on the rooms. Ours had a fantastic new bathroom. Food was great as usual. Will be back again sometime. Thank you : )

The room was clean and had plenty of room for one person, bit noisy the 2nd night breakfast was good but the hot drink option was not available even though it was listed on the menu. Hardly any staff around on the day I left had to find someone to check out

The stay was easy to book and check in, pub just downstairs that does food and drink with easy access, Room was clean, sometimes the noise of people on the corridor can be heard quite easily and the shower pressure was very weak.
