"March 2026 Another fantastic overnight stay with the family. So convenient for West Ruislip station and 30 mins into the city. Excellent food, great service and such a relaxing pub. Money off drinks and food for residents. Cant believe how much value for money you get here. Family room is massive, coffee machine, fridge, sofa. So relaxing. Will come again, been twice already."

"Hotel was clean, Stella on Reception was excellent. She offered first class customer service and was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She went over and above to ensure our family stay was enjoyable. Not impressed with the food. Breakfast was okay and bar food need some reviewing. Kitchen was not flexible around the menu for those with allergies or with children. When we asked to swop the chips for rice on our child’s meal we were told we couldn’t! "

"We booked a triple room but there was a leak in the room. We were then moved to a smaller room. When I asked the staff to be moved to another triple room as the alternative room they provided did not have a toilet seat. The staff refused to move me and said that I have to stay on the ground floor and not move to another room on a different floor. This did not make sense. Terrible staff and service."
