"We arrived at The Bridge a couple of hours before check-in, not expecting to be able to get in but, as we were going to a gig at Wembley, we just wanted to park up and let them know we would be checking in later. The gentleman on reception (sorry, didn’t catch his name but he was Scottish) was extremely helpful and went to check whether the rooms were ready which they were.
