This two bedroom apartment is located in the complex of La Rinconada in Miraflores. The complex offers a large swimming pool set in well kept gardens and offers access to a communal gym and two saunas. Miraflores Golf club, bar and restaurant is just 350m away from the complex. You can find a selections of shops, bars and restaurants 1.2km away and 1.8km to the nearest beach. The apartment offers free WIFI, hot & cold aircon units and a secure underground parking space.



The apartment is located on the first floor, with access by lift and is arranged over one level. The separate kitchen is well equipped and has a separate utility terrace, fitted with a washing machine.

The dining area offers seating for four people and the lounge area is furnished with a sofa and 50" smart TV. The south facing covered terrace offers stunning views of the pool and Miraflores golf course. There is a lounge seating area to relax and enjoy the views and also two further chairs.
