Very hot and humid in the room and no way to adjust the temperature. Thin walls so you can hear your neighbors next door. Staff is friendly and hotel is generally clean. Good selection at breakfast.

We booked two nights and the room we were given did not match the picture. The bathroom was small, old, paint peeling, shower door off the hinges. The bed were not comfortable, furniture and carpet old. It was late and too tire to complain so we stayed that night. The following morning I complained about the condition of the room and was immediately changed to a newly renovated room which matched the pictures on the their website. It was much better!

We had a few nights stay at this hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly, Umesha was so helpful and made our stay further pleasant. The breakfast was lovely with a great selection of items. The rooms were cleaned daily and even in the heatwave the air con kept the room nice and cool. The area is quiet and safe. It’s working walking distance to the metro that links to main city and I was able to get to places quickly and safely. Would highly recommend this hotel

Its ok to spend a night, thats about it. Rooms look like they're hospital rooms from 80s and 90s at the most. Some things broken, some just plain way too old e.t.c.

The staff was friendly and helpful. But after getting settled in, I found the room had not been cleaned fully. There were personal items still in the trash bin in the bathroom. In the shower, the water randomly switched from scalding hot to cold and back, regardless of where the lever was set. They switched my room. The new one was clean. But the shower did the same thing, just not to the extreme hot like the first one.

Hotel is perfect location for visiting family in the area. Also easy to get a metro if you want to go into the centre of Milan. Staff are very nice and nothing is Amy bother to them, look forward to my next visit

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The room was in the basement and it felt like living in a prison cell. The room was very small and it did not provide the level of comfort I was expecting.

No free bottle water, no glass cup (only plastic cup), no hair dryer, no teeth brush and paste, no kettle. It is very basic items provided at 3-4 stars hôtel. Only appreciated the nice staff.

Great value
Ive stayed in Milan a few times in the past. This hotel was excellent value for money. Only 5 minutes from the metro line straight to the Duomo area. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakast included was varied and plentiful. Hotel was clean throughout. Its a bit far from the city centre but the nearby metro is a bonus as you can save money due to the location and the metro is cheap

definatly not 4 star hotel...maybe 2 or 3 star
over all, hotel looks fine outside but room and bathroom supply was very cheap no extra pillows, and blanket in the closet looks not clean and worn out....we didn't use and bathroom has sewage back up smells and shower was too small so can't not even pick up the soap my husband dropped....he is 185 pound 6 feet tall normal man. breakfast was very poor
