Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
At first look ok but when you start using things… the illumination was very poor, they have broken lamps, the shower doors didn’t close well no floor mat after you use the shower, the kitchen area not very clean, no kitchen towel or paper towel. I lost my glasses behind the bed and when I moved it was very dirty never been cleaned it was also flat cardboard boxes under there with a lot of dust. I have a lot of pictures as a proof if you need it to confirm.

I did not stay at this apartment hotel because they had a requirement that I contact them to let them know of my arrival time so one of their staff can let me in. This is because they do not have a front desk. I made multiple attempts to call them using the phone number you provided but nobody answered the phone and instead there was either the busy signal or odd sounds on the phone. I also tried E mailing them but received no response.

Goede en rustig gelegen accomodatie met alle benodigdheden voor een citytrip Milaan. Deur gaat gewoon vanzelf open de 1ste keer met een link die je krijgt in je mail. Vanaf dan is het zeer gemakkelijk met een loper die op de kamer ligt. 2 minpuntjes zijn: een rare tussendeur zonder slot en daarachter geen deur voor de badkamer en ook steeds warm door waarschijnlijk de airconditioning, wel een fan/blazer aanwezig, ramen open zetten hielp zeker ook.
