All in al hotel is very good! We liked the private location. The only 1 thing what I would like to say, that the hotel needs renovation. A little bit old furniture, carpets and balcony door. But if you want to enjoy the atmosphere of old Italy - perfect place

My room is spacious looking out to the lake from the window. The bathroom is spacious and modern. Everything is clean in my room. Staffs are friendly and nice. It is very convenient to take public transport like buses and metro to anywhere in Milan. The people in the Segrate are very nice too. If you prefer space and green land, it is the place!

Rooms are clean but Very worn and Old carpets. Breakfast 15 Euro and very good. Using google maps make sure you put in directions to NH Milano 2 Hotel. Not NH Milano 2 Residence, even if that is your booking. The NH Milano has 2 sections Hotel and Residence. Both are hotel rooms but the NH Milano 2 Hotel is the Main entrance for both

Maybe a nice place to stay at one point, but....

Very run down hotel. Worn & dirty carpets, lots of disrepair evident in the Residences. Check in procedure a gong show & staff very unhelpful. Everywhere you turn, there is an attempt to extract money from you. Very good location, in a nice neighbourhood near Linate Airport. Nice, serene lake as part of the property.

The property seems to be in much need of an up grading, the outside and inside was very well worn. The staff was great, just the property is very tired looking.

This property was very unique in that it has a lake with turtles and koi fish that will swim up to the edge. It also has multiple dining options very close by. It is clean and the only complaint is that the air conditioner is not great and turns off during the night.

The Residence is quite oldfashined and very down used. The carpet all over the place looks terrible even if the try their best to keep it clean. The Staff is nice and helpful.

This place was so outdated the room was horrible with a disgusting carpet no wood floors like in the pictures. Wouldn't never recommend this property. I cheched out within 30 minutes and went to a different hotel.

There were mosquitoes everywhere, infesting the rooms, as well as marks of dead mosquitoes and blood all over the room, the walls, the curtains and the bed. There is currently a dengue uprise going around in Italy so this made our stay very uncomfortable with all the bugs in the room. The room smelled musty like vomit. Had to walk 10minutes outdoors from the main building to get to our room in the pouring rain. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Camera ampia e confortevole con bella vista sul laghetto. Camera e bagno puliti e completi di tutto. Erogatori del sapone malfunzionanti, ma per il resto tutto bene. I corridoi rispetto alla camera andrebbero curati meglio.

Nous avons été très déçus de notre séjour au NH Residence Milano Segrate, pourtant classé comme un hôtel 4 étoiles. Dès notre arrivée, une mauvaise odeur persistante se dégageait dans la chambre et les murs étaient visiblement sales. Nous avons signalé le problème et demandé un nettoyage, mais rien n’a été fait le premier jour. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et le téléphone de la chambre avait une réception très mauvaise, ce qui rendait difficile la communication avec la réception. Le balcon, quant à lui, était sale et mal entretenu. Pour un établissement censé être de ce standing, le manque de propreté et d’entretien est inacceptable.

Muy buena Habitación para descansar, buena cama y colchón. Todo muy bien. El único problema es que hacia frio y la calefacción no se podía encender. Pasé frio toda la noche. Lo demás bien.

Mochet nel corridoio molto usurata e sporca con chiazze nere e di altri colori non ben definiti. Entrato in camera odore molto sgradevole Mochet sporca Muri e tende macchiati. Nel bagno rotolo carta igenica iniziato a meta (mi fa pensare che non sia stato sanificato corretamente) Una crepa nel lavandino del bagno. Incrostazioni nella doccia Supporti lavandino arruginiti Il vc non fissato corretamente Dietro un comodino chiazze di inizio umidita. A Cesenatico un 3 stelle con 30 € in meno per 2 ho avuto colazione e cena parcheggio a meta prezzo e la camera era imacolata NH MILANO 2 non vale certamente 4 steslle come vogliono far credere

Molto molto peggio delle foto

Non ha niente a che vedere con l’hotel. Il residence è un posto abbastanza angusto, scomodo da raggiungere e molto vecchio. Ha una moquette a terra rovinata e macchiata, vecchissima. Le camere hanno diversi segni del tempo e bisogna assolutamente avere delle ciabatte per camminare sul pavimento. Puzza di muffa in stanza La colazione almeno viene servita nell’hotel quindi era buona
