"The hotel is in a great location and enjoys a lovely reception with bar area and amazing views over lake Windermere. The staff are super friendly and the spa is just great. Food was excellent having eaten evening meal and breakfast with all cooked fresh to order. Recommend and will stay again"

"Staff were all really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, free room upgrade to a junior suite with a hot tub absolutely made our day. Spa is included and you can go in it at any time without having to book or pay extra and it’s open late at night. 11am check out which is great as a lot of places do 10am which we find really early. Really good food in the pub. Really relaxing stay. This is our second time here and we will return. "

"Was room was great, the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially as we had our small dog with us and the food was delicious. The surrounding grounds were beautifully kept too with a good amount of attention to detail. Parking was good too, especially as I had a big trailer with me."
