"The only negative is the lift, only one, people who could use stairs and not doing and for us with a pushchair had to wait over 15 minutes to get the lift down."

"Rooms need to be sound proofed. Lack of clothes hooks to hang coats in the room and towels in the bathroom. False nail and lots of debris behind beside cabinet"

"Brilliant stay we booked the suite and it definitely didn’t disappoint our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. Hotel is nice and clean Staff very friendly. Only recommendation I would say is to offer room service for food. Parking is great plenty of spaces and right next to the hotel"

"Room was spotless and spacious. Large group in at breakfast time but staff coped very well. No towels in Spa so had to get some from room. Parking is overpriced considering room costs, only negative for us. Have been a few times now, and will return."
