Great village life.

Brilliant stay, Helen and Shaun were excellent hosts. Studio with a private garden proved excellent for the dog with plenty of room for us all. Excellent breakfast choice every morning, with Shaun the king of poached eggs, and a selection of jams and marmalade’s sold by the tearoom. Helen and Shaun are a wealth of local knowledge with great dog walks or pubs to eat at. The garden is nice and secure so the dog can just come and go with no fear of being able to get out.

fab stay in Whortleberry Studio

An amazing few days in Porlock-lovely cabin which was spotless and great finishing touches-as we had our dog Zac with us we benefited from the pretty garden-there was also a patio area with table and chairs-great for relaxing outdoors! Helen and Shaun couldn’t have made us more welcome and were extremely helpful in recommending places to visit and eat-they definitely went the extra mile and even cooked up some scrambled egg for Zac’s breakfast when he was reluctant to eat what we’d given him-would definitely recommend
