"Highly don’t recommend, the location for the property is inside a business/restaurant.Unknown people walks up to you as you are getting out of your vehicle. The host promised us reimbursement on a non working washer and dryer and I never received it. Homeless people live right behind the apartment/restaurant. Extremely loud during the day and night as well. I left my phone at the property and they did not return it. "

"The apartment was snug and cozy. We really appreciated the location - it was close to everything. If there were things I would point out: a) the tv in the bedroom has a line in it, the couch in the living room is very uncomfortable, havin a luggage rack or somewhere to put our bag down isn't a terrible idea and having longer pulls on the ceiling fan is ideal- w/o the ability to open a window the high ceilings and weather shift made it very stuffy in there. Getting the fan going was a game changer. But let me be very clear- we would stay there again, and these are nitpicking things. It was clean, and a great value and great location. Everytime I reached out there was a response. I woudl recommend it to anyone else. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this charming house! Emily was a super responsive and helpful host before and also during our stay. We spent 12 days with 4 adults and two small children (13) at the house and it provided lots of space and everything we needed, from great beds and bedding, plenty of towels, a well equipped kitchen and everything for the kids (Pack 'n Play/high chair/potty/toys/security gates and more). The location couldn't be better, very quiet, right by Tower Grove Park (amazing farmers market on Saturdays!) with shops, cafes and restaurants around the corner. All amenities worked great, double washer/dryer, dishwasher, HVAC, hot water, fridge with ice maker etc.Easy access with number code locks and ample parking in front and back alley.We will definitely be back since this was the perfect spot for our family reunion. Thanks again, Emily!"

"The house was nicely updated. Comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen. The stairs to the lower level were narrow, without handrails. The door leading to the backyard would not open, and there was no access to the garage. Which was unfortunate since on street parking was a bit tricky. The first night there we tried to call and email about these issues. No response. We finally got through to someone the next day. The back door was fixed, but still not able to park in the garage. Overall, I’d say it was a fairly nice place."

"Neighborhood was not described in listing at all. Bedroom was a dining room. Toilet is in older home, anyone plus size needs to know the tight space to sit. Better for 2 or maybe 3 max. Not a real table to sit for meals. Shower was broken was told when we arrived and did not offer to get fixed, but we would not have wanted people in and out anyway as we did not feel the safest already. Was listed no party on our rental but the house beside was smoking and it was definitely a party for them and it blew into the house with the kids. "
