"It was exceptionally clean. Only issue.....TVs in all the rooms weren't working. Im guessing due to being newly renovated and just hadnt got to the cable hook up. Either way very friendly staff. Waived the early check in. Room was spotless and very comfortable "

"We love the rosen inn lake buena vista! I have stayed here so many times. Beds are comfy. Rooms are clean. AC works well. Buildings 3 and 4 are very quiet even on the highway side. Check in is pretty fast. There is a $10/night parking and a $50 incidentals hold. Shampoo and conditioner are provided. Within 15 minutes to the Disney parks. Area is very safe and close to shops and restaurants and close to the highway. I have never eaten at the restaurant but they do have one. It is also a good neighbor hotel so they have shuttles, just make sure to get the list when you check in. Can't recommend this place enough! We always check in late at night and its the same employees so i like the loyalty. We will be back in 2 months. Can't wait."

"We have stayed here several times and book it when available. Clean, friendly staff and a heated pool which works great for us in February. The only complaint is the bathroom exhaust fan in the room we stayed in (223) needs to be replaced. Extremely loud. But I still recommend a stay here"
