"The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade for a bigger room. We had a beautiful little balcony plus the hotel terrace with a great view. We also were able to store our luggage until check in. Great location for all transportation. 30-40 min walk from Spanish Quarter and 40-50 min walk from the ocean and port area. Overall a great stay in Naples!"

"When I origainlly searched for my hotels I was looking for a place with a gym. This hotel didn't appear. I booked the home next door and was saddened when I drove by The Parker. Luckily I am smart eought to only book the first night at any hotel. When I walked over and saw the Grand Parker I booked a suite for two days, and enjoyed a meal the Michellin restraunt, and watceh Capri from the dinning room. PERFECTION! "Without a doubt one of the best hotels I've had the pleasure to stay in. The property is a beautiful 19th century private summer palace converted into a beautiful hotel. The interiors are stylishly decorated and furnished. The rooms are spacious with incredible views. The service was impeccable, from the moment we arrived at the port there was a porter waiting to greet us and handle the transfer of our luggage to the hotel. The transfer from the port was in a BMW driven by Allesandro. We were greeted at the property by Angelo who was welcoming and ensured a smooth cheque in process. We spent an afternoon at the pool which has terrific views of the bay of Naples and some time trying out their cozy outdoor gym which is surrounded by plenty of trees and the hotel's garden where they grow fruit and vegetables. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of fresh fruit, delicious tomatoes grown on the property and a wide selection of delicious pastries and desserts. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful and relaxing stay. "
