"The property was well kept the staff was amazing. The front desk staff on Tuesday night a young g lady whose name began with the letter A was outstanding. Our first room air was not working and she did a great job of getting us into another room. However the room was not equal to our room. We had no balcony and it was not romantic as I had booked. "On avait réservé une chambre spacieuse avec vue sur la mer. Déception à l’arrivée de constater notre vue sur le parking! Après discussion, ils nous ont changé de chambre le lendemain. Propreté et nécessités offertes en salle de bain. Peu de restaurants aux alentours ( 3-4 mais cependant accessibles à pieds) car hôtel éloigné. Beau pied à terre pour visiter la région (Etna, Syracuse, Taormine)."

"This property is incredible. First and foremost, Simone was such a wonderful concierge. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and truly set the tone for an amazing stay in Catania. The room was modern, spotless, spacious, and had the most beautiful view of the Duomo. Waking up to that view was something special. I only wish I had more time to stay at the hotel and enjoy it. And don’t forget to check out the rooftop. The views over Catania are absolutely beautiful and the perfect way to take in the city. A fantastic property, an incredible location, and wonderful hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Overall an excellent stay. Our suite (with a private pool) was modern, clean and comfortable - most critically with a soft bed (italian beds are usually so hard) and effective but quiet aircon (so you could have it on all night). At the pool there are comfy sunloungers and we always had brand new fluffy pool towels. The main pool was usually very busy - but not an issue for us as we camped out at the adults pool. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Lunch and drinks at Lime Bar were also always to a high standard. The evening buffet, and the a-la carte restaurants were a bit hit & miss - the pizza restaurant the best of the bunch. Staff very helpful, maybe just too few of them on occassion. Note that this hotel really is off the beaten track. Brucoli village is close - but there is nothing there to see or do. Don't bother going and certainly pay for the water taxi from the hotel. Overall - thoroughly recommend."
