"Good location - very easy to get to from the airport via Alibus as the bus stops almost opposite. Although a ‘remote’ checkin the customer service was very helpful and responded very quickly and arranged for someone to meet us to show us in even though we arrived late due to a flight delay. "This location is in a bad area of town so it is gated. VERY difficult to find The owner is NOT on premise so calling them is useless. We got caught in traffic and construction. We were asked about what time we were arriving. We guessed 6 and arrived after 8 because we were lost. Repeatedly tried calling the owner with no answer. "The rooms are modern and very clean and comfortable. As a solo female traveler I also felt very safe here and could walk around to the market, bakery and restaurants easily. I really enjoyed my stay and it was nice to have a shared kitchen where I could store food in a fridge and make coffee each morning. The staff is very friendly a responsive and helpful. They even gave me a ride to the train station when I left Catania. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends and family."
