The staff is very friendly, the hotel is super clean, the rooms are comfortable with a great view and the restaurant at the top is not only a great city view but the food and drinks are also really good! "Absolutely superb hotel to stay in! Free shuttle from the train station and ferry to Miyajima straight outside the hotel. Spacious room, so comfortable. Best breakfast ever! G7 Summit had been held here in 2023. The price was brilliant...we had paid similar the past week in Japan for far less standards. "

"Very convenient location. Five minute walk to a new Sushiro, lol. Walkable but chose a taxi to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and Hiroshima Station because it was muggy. The AC was a little finicky but it wasn't really a thing. I would recommend this hotel. "

"Great service from the staff and room (432) was the nicest i have stayed in over 21 years visiting Japan. This is a traditional style Japanese Hotel so no shoes but well worth the stay. Highly recommended and a must over ight stay if visiting Miyajima !"
