"Great overall experience! Loved the vibe in the lobby with the mellow music and then there was the amazing bakery!!! The rooms were well equipped and super clean! The staff was quiet and helpful. Location across the park was amazing. Beautiful walk through the park in the morning was to die for!!"

"The comfortable double room was perfect for me and my partner with our two big suitcases (though had to use the bed to use). Bathroom small but fine. Area good with food and public transportation close by. So handy having a washer/dryer, kettle and microwave. I would definitely stay again! Try the ramen near by (with pet goldfish at the front, near Indian restaurant) - you will not be disappointed. "

"This is my idea of a very basic needs hotel, but perfect for a short stay at a very reasonable cost. Free coffee/tea in the lobby from 7: to 23:00. Only a 5 minute walk to Ikebukuro Station West entrance. Would definitely stay here again."
