"The room was clean however the tub was filthy and had hairs we couldn’t bathe in it. Also for a resort to charge 40 dollars when you got a suite is a bit absurd you’d think it’d be included in the price same with luggage service. Very greedy. We stayed at Place Station and got a suite their too and they took care of our luggage and valet when we got a suite all included in the price"

To get your room clean, need to ask so many people. Its so commercial hotel and wants money for every small basic thing. Seems another way of begging only. "Great customer service at check in. Convenient parking in relation to the registration desk and my room. Room was clean and well decorated. Lots of space! Would stay here again for sure!"
