"Overall the accommodations fit us well, 3 bedrooms and lots of space. We had a delightful stay. It was a short distance to an awesome beach. Great for walks anytime of day. On arrival there were no hand soaps, dish towels (poor condition), no cleaning supplies dish soap, toilet cleaners, and toilet paper was minimal. Bath tubs had no non-slip mats, very slippery while showering. we found a temporary solution. Would have expected more in this area. Good parking and communication with the owner."

"Loved the location and the pedestrian walk away. Lots of great restaurants around only negative i have is the futon mattress in the small room was extremely uncomfortable. I would stay there again though with less people so I didn’t have to use that room. There was 2 couples and myself as a solo"

"As a family we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool, tennis court and the house itself are all top notch. The location is perfect, it isn’t too far away from everything and you can walk to cafes for coffees/lunch etc. there’s also a great restaurant 4 minutes drive away (Flor da Ameixa). Faro is 15/20mins, olhao 20 mins and Quinta Da Lago 25 mins. "This house was as expected for a converted fisherman's house in the centre of the old town. Very well equipped, with everything we needed and more. Comfortable bed, decent showers and lovely terraces. It was great having the option of two terraces on opposite sides of the house, so we could have sun or shade as we wished. Great location for many restaurants, and very handy shop just around the corner. Very short walk to the seafront and ferry."

"The bungalow and its grounds were spacious, well equipped for the heat, with options to have shade - very necessary when it was 33C! The pool was fantastic! We self-catered the whole of our stay - so found the kitchen to be very well equipped. Comfortable beds, sofas etc, with plenty of spare cushions, towels etc. The owner's father responded quickly to any queries we had. All in all, a lovely holiday! Thankyou, Humberto!"

"We loved the beautiful house and yard. It was a great place to hang out as a family. Lots of games and we had tournaments of bocce and ping pong. The tables inside and pool side were perfect for our family reunion of 8. The location to the amazing beach and colourful cliff walks were a short walk. The tapas restaurant and the fresh pastries from across the street were delicious. I hope to return. The owners were delightful and easy to get in touch with."

"Really great property. Kitchen well equipped, nice large bedrooms, lots of outdoor space for everyone to sit around. Few things were a bit “rusty” (think because we went early in the season) - things like washing machine didn’t work, but the host was very quick to come and help so that’s great! "We loved Armona. The house is charming however full of ants and cockroaches. The electricity kept cutting out. The standard of cleanliness was terrible. The glass shower door fell off in my hand. The host didn't leave any check in instructions and wouldn't answer the phone or messages. The number on the listing works but I got through to a very rude Spanish man who hung up on me twice after shouting at me in Spanish."

"The villa had everything we needed, plenty of room for 10 people to live and sleep. We had nights in with a barbecue and nights out in Vilamoura. The area close to the villa didn’t really have anything and it was a bit of a trek to the Spar supermarket but the Uber taxis were fantastic and so cheap. Would definitely recommend the villa to future holiday makers"
