"Although I did not partake in the breakfast, my room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The front desk staff were excellent with every encounter I had with them. The road construction in the surrounding area was unfortunate, but the hotel had nothing to do with that. I would definitely return on my next visit to Ottawa. "

"Had a wonderful stay. The property is very nice. We took advantage of the spa services and the pool. In the summer the pools get very busy so you need to ensure to get there early. Ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurants and all meals were great. Wonderful relaxing hotel to visit for a perfect weekend getaway. "

"I had a good stay in that hotel. I have to congratulate YOSH, one the staff. I could not find a good parking spot. When I contacted him for that, he removed his car from the parking to let me park my car. I cannot explain how I felt that night for his action. I thank you YOSH. Keep up the good work.
