"The small staff they have is lazy and inattentive. I tried to order at the restaurant, but they seemed more interested in looking at their phones than serving guests. The electricity kept cutting out constantly, which was very frustrating. The only positive thing about this hotel is how close it is to the airport."

"All the rooms I saw in the hotel were in bad conditions, specially the bathrooms. My original room had the bathroom in such bad condition that they showed me 6 other rooms and they were in the same condition. Even in the executive foor. The bathroom looked like a public bathroom."

"The room was comfortable and the hotel was beautiful, as were the views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely pay extra for access to the lounge (comes with breakfast and dinner)— it was well worth it. Great amenities, especially the pool and gym. Will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the capital. "
