Fantastic hotel in Montecatini
Fantastic family run hotel. Very convenient location for the town centre and train station. Friendly hotel manager who speaks English. Shame the breakfast buffet is still served rather self serve but everything else is fantastic.

Great hotel! Although I would advise that my room 206 was sweltering hot due to being so close to the spa/sauna. If you’re unhappy with the room temperature, change rooms right away and don’t think it’ll go away! Other than that, great breakfast and fantastic value for money

Fantastic hotel in Montecatini
Amazing family run hotel. Staff are all super helpful especially the owners, hotel manager and also the restaurant and cleaning staff. I stay here all the time as super convenient for the town centre and the train station plus fantastic value for money.

Clean and quiet in a convenient location
I liked the convenience of the hotel in that it is about a 10-minute walk to the Montecatini Terme station and just a few minutes to the central part of town where there are many shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable but I will say that it had the smallest shower I have ever seen in a hotel. Breakfast was nice and the front desk staff were very friendly.

It’s a very well located, extremely clean, elegant but simple facility. Great value for your money, breakfast included. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. We came back again after staying here last year and they remembered us! We’ll be here again

Great hotel. Do not over look it.
This is the second time we have stayed here within the year. It is a fabulous hotel with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The rooms are lovely and clean. The staff very helpful and the breakfast is plentiful. The local are is very nice with lots to do and has great train access to all areas. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Excellent boutique hotel situated a ten minute walk from the centre of Montecatini. Buffet breakfast is amazing, lots of choice. Worth paying more for deluxe rooms as they have newly renovated bathrooms. Would recommend

It was fine except the cleanliness of the room was not great. I had to ask them to address the problem twice and they did but did not apologize. The housekeeping is definitely spotty.

Delightful hotel. Italian charm
Stayed here for 5 days. Excellent launching spot for Florence, Pisa, Lucca, the coast etc. Hotel staff very helpful and kind. Breakfasts were adequate, but good. Lots of parking on street all around hotel...can buy daily parking for parking all over city. Rooms were modern but with Italian charm-very comfortable and welcoming. We found it a great hotel in Montecatini!

Bit dated, nice food, amateur massage.
As with many hotels in Italy this place needs a good refurbishment. Very dated but it still has it's charms.The rooms are big but basic.Mini bar was warm and had 4 cans in it.The spa was fun but not worth €25 on top of the room bill. I had a massage, the heavily promoted candle massage. Basically they light candles. Not impressed with the quality , basic sweedish. If I want to be rubbed with oil I will ask my girlfriend.They need to offer deep tissue, shiatsu etc.. €70 I was a lot to pay for such basic massage.Reception staff added to the trip and town is nice. The highlight was the hotel restaurant,very good.My advice , modernise! Both the hotel and your spa offering.

Lovely friendly hotel close to main parade .
A lovely hotel. Quiet and comfortable with lovely clean and well decorated rooms. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh pastries and hot and cold platters. All in all a lovely stay in z beautiful area at a more than reasonable price.

Good location and comfortable
Located just a short stroll away from the main streets made this a quiet hotel and just how we liked it. The very friendly staff were really helpful answering our needs. There was nothing we felt we needed. Breakfasts are the usual continental fare and good fresh coffee. Would stay again and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

he owner Sandra and the manager Ricardo are brilliant hosts. Location is excellent and the rooms and breakfast don't disappoint. The bathroom could do with a little modernisation but don't let that put you off as this is a great hotel. Have stayed 4 times now!!!

L' albergo è in una buona posizione tra le due stazioni ferroviarie raggiungibili a piedi e vicino al centro del paese. La spa è piccola, senza vista e per raggiungerla bisogna fare un pezzo all' aperto. L' estetista che fa i massaggi è molto gentile e fa dei massaggi piacevoli senza guardare fiscalmente il tempo della durata; la stanza però è troppo calda e con l' aria secca che favorisce la tosse ed il lettino non ha il poggiatesta comodo per cui a pancia in giù viene male alla fronte. La camera da letto era rumorosa perchè facevano dei lavori, con luce artificiale fioca, la tv non funzionava ma dopo un giorno mi è stata sostituita. Il personale mediamente è gentile; il signore alla reception sembra gentile ma è interessato sopratutto alla pecunia: fa pagare subito la camera, incentiva a prendere tutto il menu serale facendo credere sia un problema per il conteggio prendere meno, non mi sentivo più di fare la spa con la sauna e sembrava un problema disdirla, la caduta di stile maggiore però è stata quella di farmi pagare il tè che ho preso prima di andare in ospedale perchè non mi sentivo bene. Il mangiare serale se uno si vuole fermare è buono, mi sono piaciuti in particolare le minestre e zuppe. La colazione è ricca per chi ama il dolce perchè c'è scelta tra diverse torte fatte in casa oltre alle brioche, un po' scarna per chi ama il salato. Vicinissime ci sono le terme Redi.

Struttura bella, curata, pulita e personale gentile. L'unico consiglio che vorremmo dare alla struttura riguarda la spa. Bella e pulita anche se per un malfunzionamento non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la sauna. Sarebbe opportuno consentire l'accesso alla spa a massimo 4/5 persone contemporaneamente date le dimensioni dell'ambiente e i divanetti disponibili in area relax. Il turno serale dovrebbe essere in qualche modo sorvegliato per eventuali emergenze. Inoltre le tisane rilassanti dovrebbero essere rifornite prima dell'arrivo degli ultimi clienti in quanto, come successo a noi, potrebbero rimanere solo bevande con teina (non il massimo prima di andare a letto). Detto questo soggiorno positivo, hotel consigliato.

L albergo di per sé e normale, senza lode ne infamia, purtroppo a rendere il soggiorno invivibile è l assenza della aria condizionata, con queste giornate con 40 gradi in pieno centro città la stanza era invivibile sia di giorno che di notte, come anche tutti i luoghi a comune. Non lo sconsiglio e non ci tornerò sicuramente più, per fortuna ci sono dovuto stare solo 1 notte.
