Great place to stay. We would be happy to go back. Large room and very clean. Very nice to have the option to have it cleaned daily. Saw deer everyday wondering around. We also brought kids and it was so nice to have a table with chairs for eating in the room.

This is a very charming place to stay. He was a little bit rustic but clean, comfortable and just very charming. The staff could not have been nicer. The hot tub was nice and hot, they had popcorn and wood and matches inside our unit for the fireplace and a really nice Continental breakfast that serve local pastries from a local bakery. The location is also excellent. For the value you cannot go wrong, we would recommend it and we would most definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great location close to the beach/tidepools for morning walks and walkable to restaurants in Pacific Grove. I really appreciated the accessible and convenient car chargers. Room was nice with a working fireplace and a wood supply which we used each night. Will definitely stay here again!

Really nice inn, big rooms with comfortable beds and very clean bathroom. We liked the microwave, fridge and popcorn machine as well as the fireplace (but we didn't use the latter two). Breakfast was tasty and they have a wine happy hour from 5-7 pm. Nice pool in the middle of the property. Close to supermarkets, the 17 mile drive and Carmel and Monterey centers. Thoroughly recommend!! Thanks also to the kind housekeeping!

We enjoyed the location of this property. It is a short walk to the beach and a longer, but manageable (2 miles round trip) walk to the lighthouse and shoreline. The hot tub was outside and always covered, so we did not use that. The breakfast is your basic continental breakfast, but very handy because it's on site. We ended up on a second floor room, not a big problem, but would have been nice to know about the steps. Room was clean, wi-fi was good.

The room was very clean and we were given fresh towels even though we did not leave the used towels on the floor. The breakfast was delicious with make your own waffles, cereals, muffins etc., and good coffee! They also had popcorn along with the maker in the room which was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable. Extra bonus was the bus stop that was about 25 yards from the inn and made it very convenient to catch the bus that takes you into Monterey so we didn't have the hassle of finding/paying for parking. Lastly, the inn was just a short walk to the amazing Asilomar State Beach.

Clean newly renovated rooms, peaceful surroundings and quiet property. Saw deer family near the property and close proximity to the beautiful Alisomar state beach. Breakfast has waffles daily, coffee, cocoa for the kids. You can see the sun setting over the trees from the windows of the 2nd story room.

The location is perfect and so is the price. There is a trail right across the street that takes you to the amazing beaches of Pacific Grove. The hostess was kind and friendly and rooms large size with all basic amenities listed in the description. The Wi-Fi worked fine and everything was functional and was there. Good restaurants are walking distance. I will stay here again and again. It was a great find.

The location is great. Close to everything in the Montery, Carmel By The Sea area. Older place, but the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good for me as I love waffles, but my wife had limited choices. There was coffee, but nothing else to drink. Disappointing
