"We stayed here with two children (11 and 8 years old). I was nervous from some of the reviews, but we had a wonderful stay! Our room was a one bedroom and our kids slept on the pull-out couch. Our first day we needed sheets and blankets for the pull-out couch so we told the front desk. Someone brought it to our room within an hour. Another day we needed more shampoo. I texted them and someone came within 15 mins. This place worked out great for us and most of the time were out doing things in FL. Disney and others were close enough, not a terrible drive! The pools were great! My kids loved the water park but also loved the single pools. We did take the boats out one of the days and had fun! They had some construction going on so coming in was a little annoying but not the end of the world. When we came, they did ask us about a timeshare at check-in, we said no thanks and they never asked us again. Place was clean, staff was nice. We would stay here again if coming back to the area. "

"I liked that there was an ice cream store and a Starbucks on the resort. I also like the space. The only thing I didn't like, was that the room didn't have a microwave but other than that, it was nice and I will stay again at my next visit. "

Bus transfer to theme parks. Lovely pool area. Furnishings need a bit of updating but small thing compared with all the positives of this place. It’s conveniently close to stores and restaurants and only 15-20 minutes away from all the Disney parks. Will definitely be returning. "
