We had a lovely clean room at the back staff lovely, i had a lovely gluten free breakfast, if i have a little twine i was cold through the night but my husband was comfortable and it was the coldest weekend this year, We will stay again ,thank you all xs
A beautiful, clean, warm, homely, welcoming hotel. Fantastic breakfast ,variety of choices. The location was ideal as we had a christening, close to the parish church and situated in front of the promenade, will definitely be visiting again.
Hotel was lovely very clean, staff very helpful, easy to get to centre from where the hotel is there's 2 small car parks at the back of the hotel if no spaces there is a big car park directly across the road with very good rates
Very nice hotel with beautiful views of Morecambe bay, all rooms appeared easily accessible, my room was clean and airy, the hotel is within good walking distance to Morecambe town center and major bus routes.
Staff were all pleasant and friendly, the Auckland has a nice lounge and bar with a good choice of drinks and entertainment, if anything the only thing I would have liked would have been more televisions in the lounge and live sports shown on tv. Overall I recommend this hotel and will stay again.
It was suitable for what i needed.
Staff were very helpful, from when we arrived till the time we left,
Room was clean and tidy.
Could have done with a view, instead of a brick wall with windows, but beggars can't be choosers. Hahaha
Absolutely brilliant the staff, Julie, Ian, Chris, Lisa and everyone else they are all a credit to the hotel

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The view out of the window. (Back of the hotel ) also the plaster over the window fell down when we closed the curtains .but to be fair we were offered another room and the night porter cleaned it up
It was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our room overlooked the sea and was really pleasant, and you have such a good receptionist/bar chap who was so willing and obliging with anything we asked, as were all your staff.
Paid premium price (£122) for what turned out to be a pokey twin bedded bedroom. i requesyed a double with sea views but was informed the day before that i would have a twin room. Person who checked us in could have smiled, it was though we had been an inconvenience. We went for a walk and decided to have a meal in the restaurant. At 5pm we asked if we could book a table and was told that the rssraurant was fully booked. Inwasnt even asked what time in the first onstance, just we are fully booked. We went out for a meal at 6 and tue restaurant was empty. When we returned at half 7 there were about 20 people inthe restaurant. Went down for a drink at the bar at 9 and still no more than 30 people. This is a 52 room hotel so should be able to cope with more than 30 in the restaurant. As a guest of the hotel you would think that they would be more accomodating.
They redeemed themselves slightly in the morning as breakfast was good.
Typical coach tour hotel in Gods waiting room.
Wont be going back.

Hello, we are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. Unfortunately you booked our last sea view room and it was a twin.
Our restaurant was fully booked that night as we had a private wedding anniversary (it was round the corner in the restaurant which is why you may not have seen it when you peeked in).
We only had 1 chef on so 60 people were the maximum he could cater for - 40 private party and 20 individuals like yourselves.
I think it is a good idea you do not return, we don't appreciate your comments about our customers.
It's exactly what I was looking for. Somewhere to get my head down. Clean and a very comfortable bed. My only gripe was the power of the shower! It didn't have any!

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and we are sorry you found a problem with the shower.
I had a room with a view which was lovely. It was a comfortable bed in a very small room that was to be used for sleeping. For a one night stay, it was a great location for an introduction to the town. Staff was friendly.
