The Space:
Sea Breeze has a bright and spacious kitchen diner. Ultra stylish, this space includes a grey shaker style kitchen and a large dining area. Ideal for preparing meals, the kitchen features modern appliances and cookware to ensure you can really make the most of your self-catering break. Turn on the flat screen TV and enjoy slow, lazy mornings while you cook breakfast. Gather your loved ones together and enjoy your home cooked meals at the dining area.
The living area has a statement brick chimney breast with a log burner, a chaise lounge style sofa, an armchair and a flat screen TV making it perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
Take the stairs up to the first floor and you’ll find four bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom in the property. Each bedroom has plush bedding and premium bed linens to ensure you have the best sleep possible. Modern and clean, the bathrooms have walk-in showers, WCs and basins.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe box.
There is free public parking outside of the property for up to three vehicles. Please note this is on a first come, first served basis and these spaces are not guaranteed.
The Neighborhood:
Sea Breeze is located in the beautiful town of Amble on the Northumberland coastline. With a bustling marina and long stretching sandy shores, there is plenty of fun to be had here. You can try your hand at watersports as there are plenty of activities on offer including sailing, canoeing, kayaking and fishing. Hop on a boat trip to The Coquet Island, just a mile off the coast, to discover an array of wildlife. There are 35,000 nesting birds in the summer and a colony of over 600 seals!
Amble is also home to delicious restaurants and cosy pubs so you can enjoy a truly relaxing break. As Amble is a fishing town, you can expect the best seafood fresh from the coast. If it’s shopping you’re looking for, the town has lots of independent stores. Head to Harbour Village and you’ll find 15 brand new pods selling arts, crafts, food, drink and gifts.
Getting Around:
Amble is located 15 miles from Morpeth and roughly 9 miles from Alnwick on the coast so it is perfectly situated for exploring Northumberland.
There are plenty of great bus routes making it easy to travel around the area. Hop on the X18 which travels from Alnwick through to Newcastle with stops in Craster, Seahouses and Bamburgh.
The nearest train station is roughly five miles away in Alnmouth. Located on the main East coast line, express trains stop at Alnmouth train station throughout the day so you can get a direct train to London in just 3 and a half hours. Edinburgh is just one hour away, Berwick upon Tweed and Newcastle just half an hour.
