"A brillant house in a lovely quiet area. The house was perfect for what we wanted and needed and was fully stocked with everything you could need while away. Couldn’t fault the home at all and it provided us an excellent base to explore the island. Sarah and Ashley are great hosts, from the second we booked they offered hints and tips to help us get everything sorted ready for the holiday and even personally checked us in and gave a tour of the house before leaving us to settle in. Would highly recommend the house for a great stay on the Isle of Wight."

"The owners were very friendly and helpful. Well presented and equipped, it was very clean. Rural location which is what we wanted. The only advice we would give to improve the property is to improve the WiFi service in the lounge, which is quite poor but very good in the rest of the house."

"This is a good spot to explore the Island from. One pub in the village but unfortunately the local shop seems to have closed, so quite a schlep for anything. Some nice walks all around and great for the coast at Brook. The island is easy to explore and this is fairly central. Nice and comfortable in both rooms and lounge. Good bathroom. I would certainly recommend it. ONLY gripe was the light on the hob didn’t work, which led to a burn but now you know that gripe goes away :-)"
