"Property is managed by Harmony Whistler Vacations and they were very responsive at all times. We had a problem with the dishwasher and whilst it couldn’t be fixed (we opted not to have an engineer come whilst we were there) HWV gave us some money back as a gesture of goodwill - not at all expected but a nice gesture.We really loved the fabulous views over the lake from the property. The lake was frozen and snowy and so pretty. You also get fab views of some amazing looking houses across the lake, although they in turn get to look at the somewhat scruffy apartment block, but that wasn’t our problem!"

"We truly enjoyed stay. It was our first stay at Creekside and it was not as busy as Whistler village. We didn’t have to wait at Gondola. Just 6 min walk via shortcut. I love the location. The place was cozy and cute, very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Communication with host was easy and checkin was smooth. Has everything. We had a great ski trip and feeling recharged. "
