"When you check in there is no front desk and the people that are supposed to be helping you are not very helpful. The check in process was just kind of frustrating. And the 200$ resort fee is a little ridiculous because you don’t get much. But our room was clean and we had fun ."

"The food was ok. The casino was fun. The room was clean. The air conditioning in the room was not great and the plumbing in the bathroom was weird. The bathtub and the sink needed some kind of maintenance. The other thing that really disappointed us was the check in and checkout process. We were very tired and had traveled all day. The check-in/out process was very slow. It took us over an hour to get a room from the time we stepped foot in the casino. Then when we tried to check out the mobile checkout process is unavailable at certain times so it was to go wait again in the line to just turn in the key. There could be a better way."
