"Oh my goodness...our 2nd time to stay here, and both times have been superb! This hotel is a hidden gem, and we love staying here whenever we get the opportunity. We purposely find a reason to stay in Kilkenny because of this hotel. Golf course is awesome! Staff is great! We ate in the bar at the manor house the first night, food was delicious. We arrived to the hotel over an hour late, but they made accomodations for us to eat, and never acted put out about this. We only stayed 2 days, but in hindsight, I wish we had stayed 4. Visited the stables, rode bikes, ate, drank, played golf...and had a good nights sleep! Beds are very nice! Can't wait to return!"
